How is my meat packaged for shipping?
All orders are vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in insulated, recyclable containers with non-toxic gel ice packs to ensure your meat stays at a safe, chilled temperature during transit.
Where do you source your livestock?
We partner exclusively with local, sustainable farms that prioritize ethical animal welfare. Our beef is grass-fed, and our poultry is pasture-raised without the use of added hormones or antibiotics.
What are your delivery days and zones?
We ship nationwide from Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays. Orders placed by 12 PM EST typically ship the same day for overnight or two-day delivery.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Yes. Since our meat is delivered fresh and vacuum-sealed, you can place it directly into the freezer. It will maintain peak quality for up to 6–12 months depending on the cut.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer custom cuts or bulk ordering?
